Assistant Store Manager - Kay Jewelers Outlet - Orlando International Premium Outlets

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager at Kay Jewelers Outlet. The role involves supporting store management, driving sales and profit, and fostering a customer‑focused environment. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members’ standards to attain sales and profit projections. Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation. Recruit and select team members. Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures. Perform other operational and strategic duties as required. Qualifications At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer. Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and basic computer software and hardware. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form. Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
