General Production Worker

We are seeking a diligent and skilled General Production Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, ensuring the highest safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to safety and quality standards.
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and minor troubleshooting.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
• Assist with loading/unloading raw materials and finished goods.
• Frequently lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with production, hand tools, machine operating, general production, and forklift operation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Griffin, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
