Production Supervisor Roles - 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Weekend Shifts! Danbury CT We're working with an established client in Danbury on Production Supervisor roles for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts! This is your opportunity to join and contribute to an amazing company! We need individuals experienced in Logistics/Warehouse, Production Assembly and Customizing Assembly. The roles are direct hire targeting a salary of $65 -$75, BOE. What you'll do: Plan and schedule the release, assembly, and materials consumption of production orders. Organize and orchestrate production assembler activities to promote the highest quality standards and achieve On-Time Delivery (capacity planning.) Monitor production schedules and communicate potential interruptions to appropriate departments and personnel. Responsible for the condition, maintenance, and operation of all department machinery, equipment, and furnishings and ESD. Reduce costs through efficiencies, continuous improvement processes, and responsible use of resources. What you need to possess: The idea candidates will Lead, motivate, coach, and develop employees reporting to them.
