Job Title: Workday HCM Senior ManagerLocation: Chicago, Dallas, or Philadelphia (Chicago is ideal)Onsite Requirements: Hybrid / Local to one of the listed marketsCompensation Range: $205K + depending on experienceOur client is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Senior Manager to join and help build a growing HCM consulting practice.In this leadership position, you'll have the opportunity to work across delivery, client engagement, solution strategy, and practice development.You will work directly with enterprise clients to understand their workforce needs and translate those requirements into scalable Workday solutions.You'll provide senior-level guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle while helping clients maximize their Workday investment.The ideal candidate brings strong consulting experience, deep Workday knowledge, executive-level communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.Must Have Requirements:Recent, hands-on Workday HCM implementation experienceStrong expertise in Workday Core HCMExperience with Compensation, Recruiting, and TalentExperience leading enterprise Workday projects and client-facing workstreamsAbility to facilitate client workshops and translate business requirements into effective Workday solutionsExperience with Workday configuration, reporting, testing, data conversion, and integrationsProven experience conducting fit-gap assessments and developing recommendations for complex client requirementsPrior consulting experience working with enterprise organizationsStrong client relationship management and executive communication skillsExperience supporting pre-sales activities, including demos, proposals, presentations, and solutioningAbility to operate at a senior leadership level while remaining comfortable getting into the details when neededStrong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to help develop and grow a Workday HCM practiceProactive, collaborative approach with a strong focus on client successAbility to manage multiple priorities and engagements in a consulting environmentCo Size: Global professional services and technology consulting organizationReasons to work here:Opportunity to help build and shape a growing Workday HCM PracticeSenior leadership position with meaningful influence over practice strategy and growthLead high-impact enterprise Workday HCM implementationsWork directly with senior client stakeholders and provide strategic guidanceOpportunity to combine client delivery, leadership, solutioning, and business developmentCollaborative environment focused on innovation, growth, and delivering high-quality Workday solutions
