Accounts Payable Specialist

This is a great opportunity for an experienced AP professional who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, working across departments, and keeping financial operations running smoothly. What you’ll be doing: Managing the full-cycle accounts payable process Processing, coding, and reviewing vendor invoices Performing two-way and three-way invoice matching Communicating with vendors and resolving discrepancies Preparing check and ACH payment batches Reconciling vendor accounts and supporting month-end close Assisting with 1099 reporting, audits, and financial documentation Identifying opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency What we’re looking for: 3–5 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience Strong knowledge of invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and PO matching Experience with accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-through Distribution or wholesale experience is a plus!
