What You’ll Do

As a Light Maintenance Technician , you’ll work closely with experienced maintenance professionals to ensure our manufacturing facility stays clean, functional, and safe. You’ll assist with:

• Performing minor repairs on equipment, fixtures, and building systems

• Supporting routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks

• Assisting in maintaining facility cleanliness and basic utility functions

• Monitoring building conditions and reporting issues before they become problems

• Helping skilled technicians with more advanced maintenance and repair projects

• Keeping tools and maintenance areas organized and stocked

• Learning the fundamentals of safe, effective maintenance practices on the job

What We’re Looking For

This is an entry-level position—no prior maintenance experience is required—but we are looking for candidates who bring:

• Must have a valid driver’s license
