Structured Finance and Securitization Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level associate for its Structured Finance and Securitization team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience representing financial institutions in asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions. Candidates with general capital markets, private credit, or leveraged finance experience and an interest in securitization are also encouraged to apply. Duties Represent financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, and purchasers. Engage in asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions. Focus on repo finance, digital infrastructure, and trade receivable finance. Participate in warehouse lending and structured private credit facilities. Requirements 3-5 years of relevant experience. Superior academic credentials. Previous large law firm experience. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Texas. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Benefits Comprehensive health insurance.
