Job Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of restaurant management experience
• Basic experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members
• Responsible, organized, and dependable
• Valid Food Manager's Certification
• Valid TIPS Certification

Pay Range

$58,000 - $60,000 annually

The Assistant Manager serves at the forefront of hospitality and operational excellence at Via 313. You'll partner with the management team to lead daily restaurant operations while supporting the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

From coaching and developing team members to driving sales, maintaining food quality, and ensuring operational standards are met, you'll play a key role in creating an environment where both our guests and team members thrive.

Paid Sick Leave (Colorado HFWA)

As a Colorado employer, we provide paid sick leave benefits in compliance with the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA).

• Employees accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.
• Accrual begins on your first day of employment and may be used as it is earned.
• Sick leave may be used for your own health needs, the care of a family member, or other qualifying reasons under Colorado law.
• Unused sick leave carries over each year, with a maximum annual use of 48 hours.
