Assoc Director US Commercial Finance

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Director of US Commercial Finance to serve as a strategic financial partner to the Heart Recovery business leadership team. The role involves financial planning, forecasting, commercial investment evaluation, and team leadership within MedTech's US commercial operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary financial business partner to US Commercial leadership on strategic decisions and resource allocation
- Lead annual business planning, revenue forecasting, and operating expense management across the commercial organization
- Evaluate pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial investments for financial impact and compliance
- Manage commercial operating expenses including headcount, travel, and discretionary spending with disciplined governance
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals while driving continuous improvement and digital solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years progressive finance experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior commercial leaders in complex matrix organizations
- Strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
- Experience with SOX compliance and financial controls
- Team leadership and people development experience
