Job Duties

• Assemble plastic components quickly and accurately according to production standards.
• Perform visual inspections to identify obvious defects before and during assembly.
• Package finished products and prepare them for the next stage of production.
• Maintain production quality while meeting daily output goals.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support additional production and assembly tasks as assigned.

Experience Requirements

• Entry-level position; no previous experience required.
• Manufacturing, assembly, production, packing, or inspection experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic required.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for the duration of an 11-hour shift, excluding scheduled breaks.
• Frequent use of hands for repetitive assembly tasks.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Ability to lift, handle, and move finished products as needed.

What You Will Do


As a Assembly you will assemble products or components, verify materials, inspect completed work, operate basic production tools, package finished items, and support daily manufacturing goals. You will follow work instructions, maintain organized work areas, identify quality concerns, and contribute to safe, accurate, and efficient factory operations.

The Assembly plays an important role in factory production by assembling products that meet quality standards and customer expectations. This position requires attention to detail, strong work habits, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a production team.


Successful Assembly candidates understand assembly procedures, production expectations, quality inspection, and workplace safety while supporting productive daily operations. Consistent performance contributes directly to manufacturing success.
