As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician who wants to be part of building something special.
Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with homeowners, and enjoys helping develop less experienced technicians.
The ideal candidate is dependable, solutions-oriented, and capable of working independently while supporting a positive team culture. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact as we continue growing our service department.
What You'll Do- Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
- Perform maintenance and system tune-ups.
- Explain repair options clearly and honestly to homeowners.
- Recommend repairs and system replacements when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate job documentation using our software.
- Mentor and support junior technicians when needed.
- Follow company procedures and safety standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations.
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean driving and criminal record.
- Ability to pass drug and background screening.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, and air conditioning systems.
- Standard technician tools.
- Ability to lift 100lbs. and climb ladders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
- NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience selling maintenance agreements and indoor air quality solutions.
- Leadership or mentoring experience.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan.
