Win together.\"The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for independently managing compliance processes to ensure all healthcare professionals meet regulatory, accreditation, and client-specific requirements. This role owns the execution of compliance workflows, ensuring timely completion, accuracy, and adherence to all applicable standards.Operating within the Compliance function, this role works directly with internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders to manage compliance requirements from initiation through completion. The Compliance Coordinator is accountable for file readiness, compliance accuracy, and timely onboarding while continuing to develop expertise across systems, regulations, and client expectations.Principal Responsibilities:Compliance Ownership & ExecutionIndependently manage compliance processes for healthcare professionals across multiple clientsOwn compliance files from initiation through completion, ensuring all requirements are met prior to assignment start datesReview, verify, and maintain required documentation including licenses, certifications, background checks, and health recordsEnsure all compliance files meet regulatory, accreditation, and client-specific standardsWorkflow Management & AccountabilityProactively manage compliance workflows, deadlines, and deliverablesMonitor expirations, outstanding requirements, and time-sensitive compliance itemsDrive completion of compliance requirements through consistent follow-up and coordinationIdentify and escalate risks or delays that may impact start dates or compliance statusClient & Stakeholder EngagementServe as a point of contact for compliance-related communication with internal and external stakeholdersCommunicate requirements, updates, and compliance status clearly and professionallyPartner with staffing agencies, vendors, and client contacts to ensure timely completion of compliance itemsSupport a consistent and high-quality stakeholder experienceSystems & Data ManagementMaintain accurate and complete records within VMS, ATS, and compliance systemsTrack compliance progress, documentation, and status across systemsEnsure data integrity, consistency, and audit readinessUtilize systems to monitor performance and manage workloadQuality & Compliance StandardsEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements including HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission, and client-specific standardsMaintain audit-ready compliance files at all timesMonitor quality and accuracy across assigned filesSupport internal and external audits as neededClient-Specific Compliance ManagementManage compliance requirements that vary by client, MSP, or programAdapt workflows based on client-specific expectations and regulatory requirementsEnsure alignment with varying compliance standards across multiple clientsProcess Improvement & CollaborationIdentify inefficiencies in workflows and contribute ideas for process improvementCollaborate with team members to improve execution, quality, and throughputParticipate in team initiatives to enhance compliance processesSystem Proficiency & Knowledge DevelopmentBuild advanced proficiency in VMS, ATS, and compliance systemsDevelop deeper understanding of regulatory requirements and client expectationsExpand knowledge of compliance workflows and best practiceEducation and Certifications:Required: High School Diploma or GEDPreferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related fieldRequired Experience:3–5 years of experience in healthcare staffing complianceDemonstrated experience managing compliance workflows or processes independentlyStrong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., Joint Commission, HIPAA, OSHA)Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience working with VMS, ATS, or compliance systemsExperience managing high-volume compliance files across multiple clientsExperience supporting audits or maintaining audit-ready documentationExperience working with external vendors and client stakeholderDemonstrated ability to utilize AI-enabled tools to support workflow efficiency, documentation, and trackingPreferred Experience:Experience using AI tools to improve workflow management and productivityExperience working within an MSP healthcare compliance environmentSuccess MetricsOn-time completion rate of compliance files and onboarding activitiesAccuracy and completeness of compliance documentationCompliance file audit scores and quality performanceAbility to meet or exceed productivity and throughput expectationsEffectiveness in managing deadlines and reducing delaysStakeholder satisfaction and communication effectivenessLocation:This position is open for fully remote team members.Compensation:The expected base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 annually.
