Laboratory Director - Full Time
Pineville, LA

We are seeking a Laboratory Director to lead hospital laboratory operations.

Schedule:
Full-time leadership role

Responsibilities:

Oversee clinical laboratory operations and staffing
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Manage budgets and operational performance
Support quality assurance initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or higher degree in laboratory science or related field
Prior leadership experience required
Strong knowledge of hospital laboratory operations
