Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Background in pediatrics, school-based SLP, or healthcare settings
• SLP-CCC or CFY track preferred
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and compliance with IEP requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver individualized therapy for students with communication disorders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, educators, and families
• Provide services through both in-person and teletherapy modalities when needed
• Track student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Support students across various grade levels with speech, language, and communication challenges
