NP AP Advanced Practice Provider - General Orthopedic Surgery

About This Role As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in General Orthopedic Surgery, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing compassionate care and an excellent patient experience. In this role, you will join a well‑established group of 3 DPMs, 3 MDs, and 5 APPs caring for patients at Platte Valley Hospital, Platte Valley Medical Group Orthopedics Clinic, and the East Crossroads Clinic. You Can Also Anticipate Full‑time, 40 hours per week with rotating call shifts (schedule details discussed during interview) Call requirements include 5–6 days per month working alongside different orthopedic providers Evaluating and treating orthopedic injuries, including minor procedures such as reductions, injections, laceration repair, and wound care Collaborating in a multidisciplinary team setting Sign‑on incentive of $10,000 and up to $7,500 in relocation assistance (if applicable) Ideal candidate will have a general orthopedic background, though not required How We’ll Support You We provide a generous benefits package, including paid time off, license reimbursement, malpractice insurance coverage, and an annual CME allowance to support your continuous growth and development. What You’ll Bring PA or NP degree from a fully accredited program New graduates welcome with successful completion of an orthopedic rotation Active, unobstructed Colorado license, or the ability to obtain one BLS certification and DEA registration Ability to complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process About Us Intermountain Health is a not‑for‑profit health system providing extraordinary care and superior service at an affordable cost.
