With four years as a State Farm agent and a growing team of four, our agency is rooted in a passion for helping people protect what matters most. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Murray State University and a master’s from Lexington Theological Seminary. I’m also the proud co-founder of His Blessings Box (a local food charity), a YMCA baseball coach, a dedicated Louisville Cardinals fan, and a husband and father of two.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Benjamin Gritton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required.
