Role Overview The Radiation Therapist Tech, R.T.(T), delivers radiation therapy services to patients across various settings within the department. They perform duties as outlined in departmental policies, assist with administrative tasks, and maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education. Supervision is provided by departmental leadership, with medical guidance from Radiation Oncologists. Key Responsibilities Provide patient-centered radiation therapy services Follow departmental policies and procedures Assist with administrative and educational activities Maintain clinical skills through training and orientation Work under supervision from department managers and medical directors Qualifications And Skills Completion of an A.R.R.T.-recognized program accredited by JRCERT or hold a Washington Radiologic Technologist certification Preferred: clinical rotations from an accredited radiation therapy program Strong communication, technical, and patient care skills Additional Details This full-time, day-shift role offers a competitive pay range and benefits supporting professional growth and personal well-being.
