Salesforce Architect – Agentforce & AI Solutions

Employment Type: Contract – 6 months Duration

Work location / Work Mode: Lebanon, NJ. Hybrid – 3 days a week

About the Role: Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud and Salesforce core platform development. This role will lead the design and delivery of intelligent agent solutions, architect GenAI-powered workflows, and provide strategic advisory to enterprise clients. This role will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, design robust solutions and deliver complex configurations and custom development. They will regularly create and showcase proofs of concept (POCs) focused on Agentforce and AI-driven capabilities, including those involving Salesforce Data Cloud.

Job Responsibilities: Agentforce, Einstein AI and Salesforce Platform

• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical designs
• Design & implement scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Agentforce, Einstein AI and core Salesforce features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Build Lightning Web Components, Apex Classes, Flows, Triggers and API integrations
• Design and develop POCs using Agentforce, and other Gen AI related capabilities to validate feasibility, performance and business value
• Design and implement Data Cloud solutions for unified customer data, segmentation and activation across channels
• Leverage Data Cloud insights in conjunction with AI to deliver real-time experiences
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware and event driven patterns
• Implement AI powered workflows, and automation to enhance customer experience
• Implement and optimize Agentforce DevOps pipelines using AI to accelerate release readiness, detect deployment risks and recommend fixes
• Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications across multiple environments ensuring performance and scalability
• Manage source-driven development with GIT, ensuring branch strategies and align with enterprise standards
• Stay up to date on Salesforce releases, new AI capabilities and platform trends

Required Education: Masters or Engineering degree

Required Experience: 10-15 years of Salesforce platform experience, including solution design and custom development. Proven, hands-on expertise with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Salesforce AI tools (Einstein AI and generative AI integrations). Deep understanding of Salesforce core concepts and Hands-on custom development using Apex, LWC, Flows, API Integrations and security models. Extensive experience with integrations – REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware and event-driven architectures. Demonstrated experience building and delivering working POCs in client environments. Deep expertise on multiple Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Experience with generative AI and conversational AI design. Strong experience implementing and optimizing Service Cloud including Omni-Channel Routing, Email-to-Case, Live Agent and Einstein BotsAI and Data Cloud implementation across enterprise environments. Knowledge on Agentforce DevOps and enterprise CI/CD pipeline management. Excellent communication skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Salesforce Platform Developer II and Application Architect certifications are required. Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification preferred.
