We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage and coordinate our project portfolio at the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF)/Office of Engineering (OE). Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor approximately 40 active DWSRF infrastructure projects.
Serve as the central point of contact for project coordination and portfolio management.
Work closely with Project Supervisors/Engineers, municipalities, and other stakeholders.
Ensure timely project delivery and efficient use of DWSRF funds.
Assist with Water Infrastructure Advisory Council (WIAC) activities and funding coordination.
Manage loan closing documentation and ensure compliance with program requirements.
Provide operational support and customer service as needed.

Requirements

Strong project management, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.

Preferences

Experience in project management or coordination within public infrastructure, drinking water, or environmental sectors.
Familiarity with government grants, loans, or public financing programs.
Experience working with municipalities, public water systems, or engineering firms.
Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement documentation, or similar project documentation.
