This is a full-time opportunity with growth potential into account management responsibilities. Base salary and bonuses!

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and onboard paid volunteers and temporary staff during seasonal election cycles
• Support recruiting efforts for additional clients during off-season election periods
• Assist with HR administration, employee coordination, and payroll preparation
• Maintain accurate data and communication within HR software systems

Qualifications & Skills:

• Recruiting, Staffing and/or Human Resources administration experience required
• Strong people and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong Excel and computer skills
• Experience working with HR software databases and payroll preparation preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with short ramp-up timelines

Position Details:

• Onsite position based either at our corporate office in Raleigh or at a local client location
