Recruiting CoordinatorSpringfield, TN$22.00 – $28.00 per hourManufacturingAbout the Opportunity – Recruiting CoordinatorWe are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring efforts for a growing manufacturing operation. This position will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure an efficient recruiting process while delivering an excellent experience for candidates. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities – Recruiting CoordinatorCoordinate interviews for production, skilled trades, maintenance, and office personnelCommunicate with candidates regarding scheduling, application status, and onboarding requirementsMaintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking systemAssist with job postings, recruiting campaigns, and workforce development initiativesPrepare offer letters, pre-employment documents, and onboarding materialsSupport recruiting events, plant tours, career fairs, and hiring open housesTrack recruiting activity and provide reporting on hiring metricsEnsure compliance with employment laws and company hiring proceduresQualifications – Recruiting CoordinatorHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred1+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, staffing, administration, or customer serviceExperience using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and team membersExperience supporting high-volume hiring environments preferredBilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required
