Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Clinical MTM Pharmacis t to join a growing Medication Therapy Management (MTM) team. Location: Remote (Florida Pharmacist License Required)

Pay Rate: $ 56.86/hr

Schedule: Flexible! Hours are based on business needs, and part-time candidates are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

As a Clinical MTM Pharmacist, you'll play a key role in improving medication adherence and patient outcomes by:

• Conducting Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) with patients

• Performing Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services

• Making high-volume outbound calls (approximately 100 calls per day)

• Educating patients on statin therapy in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines

• Reviewing medications and identifying opportunities to improve therapy

• Accurately documenting prescription information, diagnoses, and clinical recommendations in a web-based platform

• Supporting Medicare Part D quality initiatives and improving Star Measures

Qualifications

Active Florida Pharmacist License

Minimum 4 years of Clinical MTM Pharmacist experience

Experience performing Comprehensive Medication Reviews

Strong knowledge of Medicare Part D Star Measures, including:

• SUPD

• SPC

• CMR

Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical and medical terminology

Strong computer and technology skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

• Management or leadership experience

• Salesforce experience

• Experience working in remote or telephonic clinical settings
