About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Asset Management for its industrial portfolio. This high-impact leadership role is focused on driving value creation through the development and execution of comprehensive asset-level strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of asset management, including leasing, capital improvements, budgeting, risk management, and hold/sell analysis. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the industrial and/or office sector, capable of leading a team and working in close partnership with various internal teams. The Vice President will also be expected to champion key technology initiatives, lead due diligence processes for acquisitions and dispositions, and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders. Candidates for the Vice President, Asset Management position should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree being ideal. A minimum of 5-8 years' institutional asset management experience is required, with a strong focus on the industrial and/or office sector. The role demands advanced proficiency in financial analysis, and modeling, and a strong working knowledge of real estate management software. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, the ability to lead negotiations, and a proactive, self-motivated approach are essential. The role also requires a willingness to travel and a commitment to delivering measurable results while effectively managing risk.
