Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse License
• Previous experience in Labor and Delivery
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients
• Supervising and delegating care to appropriate staff
• Ensuring high quality and safe nursing care
• Supporting resource management related to patient care
• Participating in patient education and staff development
