Technical Solutions Consultant
Intuitive Surgical
Intuitive Surgical seeks a Technical Solutions Consultant to lead digital solution implementation across hospital systems and integrated delivery networks. The role combines pre-sales technical support, customer stakeholder engagement, and post-go-live adoption management to drive successful digital transformation in healthcare settings.
Responsibilities
- Partner with capital teams and sales representatives to establish relationships with hospital IT and digital stakeholders
- Deliver technical presentations and documentation to accelerate customer approval of digital solutions
- Develop and maintain standardized implementation processes for consistent, efficient product deployment
- Support field service teams through documentation, configuration validation, and pre-launch communication
- Gather customer feedback and technical insights to inform product roadmap and remove implementation barriers
Requirements
- 6+ years medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or healthcare digital experience
- Deep knowledge of cloud-based SaaS platforms, healthcare data security, networking infrastructure
- Account management or direct capital sales collaboration experience
- Strong written and verbal communication across operational, clinical, technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel up to 25% and enter patient care areas
- Flexible schedule and comfort with remote work arrangements
