Position Overview Woodlock Capital is seeking an ambitious Commercial Real Estate Broker to join our growing Charleston office. This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced team while building your own business within one of the fastest‑growing commercial real‑estate firms in the Southeast. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, relationship‑driven, and passionate about commercial real estate. This role will focus primarily on multifamily, hospitality, industrial, and development opportunities while working with institutional owners, developers, and investors throughout the region. Responsibilities Source new brokerage opportunities through business development and relationship building. Represent owners, developers, investors, and tenants in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing assignments. Prospect daily through calls, meetings, networking, referrals, and market outreach. Underwrite investment opportunities and prepare financial analyses. Conduct property tours and client presentations. Develop broker opinions of value and marketing strategies. Negotiate purchase agreements, leases, LOIs, and transaction documents. Maintain an active pipeline using CRM systems. Collaborate with Woodlock's Capital Markets, Property Management, and Development teams. Build relationships with institutional investors, family offices, developers, and private owners. Attend industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings. Stay current on market trends, transactions, and investment activity throughout the Southeast. Qualifications Active South Carolina real estate license or ability to obtain one. Previous commercial real estate brokerage experience preferred. Strong interest in multifamily, hospitality, industrial, and investment sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment. Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office, Excel, and commercial real‑estate databases is preferred. Financial analysis and underwriting experience is a plus.
