The role combines strong FP&A capability with advanced technical skills in data, reporting, and AI-enabled analytics. This individual will build and enhance scalable financial reports, dashboards, and analytic tools—particularly in Power BI and AI-enabled environments—to improve speed, insight, and decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate is a finance professional with strong systems and data skills who can independently develop reporting solutions and automation opportunities, and is skilled in coordinating and consolidating financial drivers for global businesses.Primary Duties:Delivers detailed and frequent financial reports, transforming large sets of financial data into clear and actionable insights for management decision-making.Builds self-service reporting and dashboards to align with the business needs by translating business questions into scalable reporting solutions with a focus on continuous improvement.Supports global financial analysis efforts and transformation, ensuring reporting is comprehensive and relevant to global business operations.Evaluates existing financial processes and recommends workflow improvements, with a particular focus on enhancing accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.Leads and contributes to finance initiatives that implement new technology and digital tools, specifically targeting automation, real-time data access, and improved financial reporting capabilities to drive efficiency, growth, and profitability around the globe.Conducts variance analysis by preparing detailed schedules that compare actual financial results or updated forecasts to prior periods and established expectations for sales, margin, SG&A, and other key metrics, clearly identifying and explaining significant drivers and deviations.Takes complex financials and turns them into insightful presentations for leadership.Prepares period, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Works in conjunction with corporate finance to prepare period-end closing activities including accruals, expense estimates, allocations, and journal entries.Maintains accounting controls to ensure the accuracy, reliability, completeness, and proper recording of financial data in accordance with GAAP and other corporate policies.Performs duties consistent with the company's AAP/EEO goals and policies.Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Strong experience in financial reporting, analysis, and consolidation within a global business environmentDemonstrated ability to balance FP&A responsibilities with technical and systems-based workAdvanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP, financial planning systems, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) requiredStrong understanding of financial systems, data structures, and reporting processesProven ability to identify and implement process improvements and drive efficiencyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detailEffective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to senior leadersAbility to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage competing prioritiesHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldTypically 4–7+ years of progressive finance experienceExperience supporting a global or brand-based business preferredCPA, MBA, or other advanced certifications are a plusWorking Conditions:Normal office environment.
