This flexible PRN opportunity is a great fit for experienced Physical Therapists seeking additional clinical hours and new graduates looking to build inpatient experience.

You'll treat a diverse adult and geriatric population with neurological conditions, stroke, orthopedic injuries, post-surgical needs, medically complex illnesses, balance impairments, and mobility limitations. You'll also collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, case management, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology to help patients regain function and safely transition to their next level of care.

Your Role

• Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional performance
• Develop individualized, evidence-based Physical Therapy plans of care
• Provide gait training, transfer training, balance activities, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility interventions
• Help patients improve safety, independence, and confidence
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospital care team
• Educate patients and caregivers and support safe discharge planning
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation
