Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea at Dublin Library is currently hiring Baristas to join our team!
Do you enjoy working with people, being part of an energetic team, and creating experiences that make someone's day a little better? We'd love to meet you. Our cafe is part of an established, premium coffeehouse brand that has been operating successfully for over 30 years.

What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Prepare handcrafted coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- Take guest orders and accurately process transactions
- Learn our menu and help guests discover new favorites
- Prepare and serve food and bakery items
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café
- Work alongside your teammates to keep service running smoothly
- Follow Sweetwaters recipes, quality standards, and operating procedures
- Help us deliver on our promise to Make Our Guests' Day
We're Looking For People Who Are:

Previous coffee or restaurant experience is helpful, but a great attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to our guests are what matter most.
