RN Pediatric Nurse Manager

Location: North Brunswick, NJ 08902. Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Salary: Starting at $90,000 annually and up, based on experience. Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager to lead and support a team delivering compassionate, high‑quality care to pediatric clients and families in Middlesex County. What You’ll Do Lead, inspire, and support nurses to deliver exceptional pediatric home care. Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Middlesex County. Develop, review, and oversee individualized care plans. Provide clinical oversight and support for RNs and LPNs in the field. Facilitate orientation for newly hired staff. Complete skills validations and competency assessments for new and tenured employees. Partner with office leadership to support quality, compliance, and continuity of care. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 2 years of RN experience. Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Home care experience is a plus. Trach and vent experience is a plus. Passion for pediatric care and supporting clinical teams. Full‑time role: exempt. Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30 am–5:00 pm (flexibility for occasional extended hours). Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement.
