Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Waldorf, MD
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity that ensures weekly home time with minimal physical demands? Join American Trucking Group for dry van routes throughout the Midwest, equipped with top-quality equipment and competitive pay.
Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to prioritize family time and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model trucks such as International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, all featuring 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. You can take your assigned truck home, provided there is safe parking available.
No Touch Freight:
- Work primarily with no-touch freight, where 95% of loads are no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook, enabling you to focus solely on driving.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,100 per week, based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, $12 per hour after the first hour for layovers, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Cover routes in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Kentucky, with all tolls handled through EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits:

Additional perks include $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions.
