We are seeking a talented Finish Carpenter-Door & Hardware installation ,Stair Builder to work independently on luxury residential projects. This full-time role involves building complex staircases, installing finish trim, and hanging high-end doors with an emphasis on precision and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety conscious, and a strong communicator who can travel daily to various job sites. Responsibilities

• Build stairs: measure, layout, and construct staircases, treads, risers, and curved railings
• Install trim: cut and fit crown molding, baseboards, wainscoting, and door casings
• Hang doors: set high-end interior and exterior doors, including pocket doors with custom hardware
• Read blueprints: interpret architectural drawings to calculate material needs
• Verify accuracy: ensure finished work is level, square, and plumb
• Maintain safety: operate hand tools and shop machinery safely and keep job sites clean
• Communicate and lead effectively on job sites
• Match wood grain for flawless finishes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years experience in high-end finish carpentry
• Knowledge of stair geometry including rise and run calculations
• Master-level proficiency with miter saws, routers, table saws, and hand tools
• Sharp attention to detail for wood grain matching and flawless finishes
• Legally authorized to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years finish carpentry with stair building experience
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Proven hand tool proficiency and router/table saw operation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to safety compliance on site
