Southwest General may low census up to one (1) 12hr shift per 2-week pay period. HCP must be able to be at hospital in 30 minutes if called off for low census. Position Overview The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) is responsible for providing exceptional, patient-centered care to expectant mothers and their newborns. The L&D RN supports patients through all stages of labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and successful childbirth experiences. Qualifications Education: Current RN license in the state of Ohio. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in labor and delivery or women’s health nursing preferred. Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
