Job Description

Manage all phases of commercial interiors projects, including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, construction, and closeout. Lead subcontractor buyout, coordination, and day-to-day project execution. Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost tracking, and project documentation. Partner closely with superintendents to ensure field operations align with scope, quality, and schedule. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and property managers. Navigate occupied spaces, building constraints, and fast-track interiors schedules.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager working for a general contractor. Strong background in commercial interiors / tenant improvement projects (office, corporate, healthcare, retail, or institutional). Proven ability to manage projects independently from start to finish. Strong understanding of interiors sequencing, finishes, and MEP coordination. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Experience working in Westchester or the NYC metro area preferred.
