Omro Care Center is a skilled nursing facility located in Omro, Wisconsin, as a part of the Eden Senior Care network. We are recruiting positive, happy and reliable Full-time and Part-time Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team!

• LPN: $30.00-$35.00+ per hour

As a nurse at Edenbrook Omro, you will play an important role in providing excellent resident care while supporting our CNAs and the rest of the nursing team.

Job Description:

• Essential duties of a Licensed Practical Nurse will include, but not be limited to:
• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Supervise and support CNAs on the floor
• Communicate with residents, families, providers and members of the interdisciplinary team
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and changes in condition
• Help maintain a safe, respectful and resident-centered environment Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure quality care throughout the shift

Requirements:

• Are customer service orientated, you love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile!
• Are a Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Hold a Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Wisconsin
• Have 1 year experience as an L.P.N. in a long term care setting
• A natural problem solver
• Are committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
• The successful candidates will have experience in a Long Term Care setting with a history of compassionate and helpful care toward residents, their family, and fellow staff.
