Join a precision-driven team where quality comes first! As a Quality Inspector, you'll play a critical role in ensuring products meet the highest standards using cutting-edge inspection and measurement technology.

What You'll Do:

• Perform First Article Inspections (FAIs) and support Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) requirements.
• Inspect precision components made from steel, aluminum, plastics, and other materials using advanced metrology equipment.
• Program and operate industry-leading inspection systems, including Zeiss CMM and Keyence Vision Inspection Systems.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection records.
• Conduct receiving inspections to verify incoming materials meet specifications.
• Record inspection results in the ERP system and help drive consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience with dimensional inspection and metrology equipment
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
• Experience with CMM programming and advanced inspection tools is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
