This role requires a deep understanding of childhood development and the ability to create tailored lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes student learning and development.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Utilize various teaching methods, including Montessori techniques, to cater to different learning styles.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
• Provide individualized support for students requiring early intervention or additional assistance.
• Foster literacy education through creative activities and resources that encourage reading and writing skills.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom conducive to learning and exploration.

Skills

• Strong background in classroom management and instructional strategies.
• Experience in tutoring or providing one-on-one support for students.
• Familiarity with Montessori principles and practices is preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood development theories and practices.
• Ability to develop curricula that are engaging, relevant, and age-appropriate.
• Experience working with children, particularly in toddler care or early education settings.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in students.
