Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses.
Job Type: Full-Time. Schedule: Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week | Evenings & Saturdays Required | Closed Sundays.

What You'll Do:
- Greet customers and create a welcoming dealership experience.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with prospective customers through phone, email, text, and CRM activities.
- Maintain knowledge of Subaru products, features, incentives, and financing options.
- Work closely with Sales Management and Finance to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process.
- Prospect for new business through referrals, repeat customers, and community networking.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred:
- Previous automotive sales experience.
- Retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or commission-based sales experience.
- Experience using CRM software.
