CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER - PERIOPERATIVE SERVICES/OPERATING ROOM Full-time We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for Perioperative Services/Operating Room with 2+ to 5 years of experience. This position is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing operational policies and procedures within the nursing department. The role involves intra- and inter-departmental collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making, requiring advanced knowledge of nursing practice, supervision, management, and leadership. The manager will interpret and implement nursing philosophy and objectives, departmental policies, and standards of care. Responsibilities include planning and devising nursing operations, workflow, staffing standards, assigning and reviewing staff work, managing grievances, and ensuring compliance with licensure, accreditation, and regulatory standards. Additional duties involve budget preparation and adherence, coordination with other services, quality of care evaluation, and professional development programs. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, a valid RN license in Colorado, and a current BLS certification. Leadership experience in a busy OR for at least three years, supervision experience, and CNOR certification are preferred. Applicants must meet screening questions regarding their education, licensure, certification, and management experience. The ideal candidate will have worked in a large metro hospital with high-acuity, trauma, and complex cases, demonstrating excellent communication skills and leadership in a high-pressure environment.
