Where You Will Work:

Aurora Lakeland Medical Center features 109 beds including a newly remodeled and expanded 22 bed Emergency Department and Baby Friendly OB unit. The hospital is Stroke Certified, a Level III Trauma Center, and Chest Pain Accredited, and has been recognized as a LANTERN Award recipient for 20252028.

Were Looking For:

• 
  Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  
  



• 
  Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  
  



• 
  Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  
  



• 
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by American Heart Association within 6 months of hire.
  
  

What Youll Do:

• 
  As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

  Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
