Our client, a leading organization in the automotive industry, is seeking a Warranty Auditor to join their team. As a Warranty Auditor, you will be an integral part of the quality assurance and compliance department supporting the warranty processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Santa Ana, CA (Remote work options available)

Pay Range: $25

Shift: 8am - 5pm OR 7am - 4pm PST

What's the Job?

• Perform assigned audits accurately and efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Prepare detailed workpapers, correspondence, and notifications related to warranty audits.
• Document test work results in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain organized communication, workpapers, and documentation for easy access and review.
• Assist with team member report reviews and communicate professionally with dealership employees and team members.

What's Needed?

• Prior experience in warranty automotive or related fields preferred.
• Knowledge of auditing processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
