Hybrid Customer Care Training & Development Specialist

PSEG

PSEG is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to join the Technical Training team in Edison, NJ. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality training for Customer Care operations and developing the workforce's skills. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Customer Care and strong coaching abilities. Responsibilities include designing training curriculum, mentoring trainees, and applying instructional design principles.
