Warehouse Associate

Job Summary The Warehouse Agent 1 is in charge of loading & unloading materials utilizing a hand truck, reach truck, or forklift. They are to maintain a clean and safe work environment and identify any discrepancies in receiving loads against manifest. Essential Functions Use manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist drivers to load and unload trucks. Handle material tasks such as picking, packing, scanning, kitting, counting products, and other duties as applicable. Ensure timeliness, packaging, and accurate completion of system work. Identify and annotate overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D). Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast‑paced environment. Maintain a safe and secure work environment, following all TSA and OSHA guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills & Competencies Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and using banding/shrink‑wrap material. Proficient with RF scanning gun. Forklift certifications preferred. Ability to work overtime as needed, including occasional weekends. Strong reading comprehension of work instructions. Team‑oriented and able to work with minimal supervision. High attention to detail. Ability to lift 50+ lbs unassisted. Speak, read, and write in English. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience Previous warehouse experience preferred; 1 year of experience. Physical Requirements Standing and walking for extended periods of time. Frequently stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, bending, and lifting objects above the head. Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds unassisted and use pallet jacks and forklifts.
