Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid license and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds also considered
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability within a dynamic educational environment
• Commitment to fostering a positive, supportive atmosphere for students and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Provide direct therapy sessions as well as consult with classroom educators to support integration of strategies
• Document progress, create reports, and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and collaborative planning sessions
• Engage with families to facilitate consistent support for students both at school and at home
