Marina Manager

Our client, a growing real estate investment firm focused on marina and boat storage assets, is seeking a Marina Manager / General Manager to lead operations at one of its locations. The organization is expanding its portfolio and is looking for a hands-on leader to oversee daily operations, support staff, and maintain high service standards. This role is responsible for managing marina operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving financial performance, and delivering a strong experience for tenants and guests. It is ideal for someone with operations or marina leadership experience who thrives in an on-site, fast-paced environment. This is a five-day on-site, true temp-to-perm opportunity with strong long-term potential. Job Function Oversee day-to-day marina operations to ensure efficient and safe performance. Supervise, schedule, and support marina staff. Manage docks, slips, and facility maintenance, coordinating vendors as needed. Support tenant and guest relations, resolving issues and maintaining service standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local requirements, and company policies. Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational performance. Coordinate on-site projects, maintenance initiatives, and operational improvements. Job Requirements Prior marina or operations leadership experience preferred. Strong leadership and customer service skills. Weekend/holiday availability. Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
