Leasing Specialist - Lease Up Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Leasing Specialist for the new apartment community Inspire Prairie Springs in Pleasant Prairie. You will be a key member of the team as we lease up this luxury apartment community. As a Leasing Specialist, you will provide superb customer service to prospective residents, vendors, and current residents. You will be responsible for the leasing and marketing of the property and will work closely with the Property Manager and Maintenance staff. Job Type Full‑time Key Responsibilities Greet and qualify prospective residents, ask qualifying questions, and track and follow up on all inquiries. Show the community and apartment/model, applying product knowledge to clients’ needs and communicating features and benefits; close the sale. Update availability reports and process applications for approvals (e.g., credit check, rental history). Submit processed applications to the Property Manager for approval and follow up with applicants regarding status. Ensure apartments are ready for residents to move in on agreed dates. Assist in monitoring renewals, distributing and following up on renewal notices. Participate in outreach marketing activities to obtain prospective residents, conduct market surveys, and shop competitive communities. Maintain accurate monthly commission records on leases and renewals for bonus purposes. Assist in planning resident functions and attend as host for functions directed by the Property Manager. Requirements Strong customer service background required; real estate and/or leasing experience preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills required; Yardi knowledge is a plus. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, excellent client service, sales, and relationship development skills. Founders 3 is an affirmative action/equal employment opportunity employer.
