Enterprise Solutions Specialist -- Chicago Metro

Abbott seeks an Enterprise Solutions Specialist to support strategic account executives in driving adoption of diabetes care products, including continuous glucose monitoring systems, at health systems across Chicago and Wisconsin. The role involves workflow analysis, implementation support, and change management for clinical solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop account strategies and execution plans with SAEs at priority health systems
Analyze existing workflows and advise on changes needed for new ADC product implementations
Partner with clinical and administrative stakeholders on solution design, implementation, and adoption
Facilitate change management, testing, and comprehensive training plans for customer transitions
Define desired outcomes and KPIs aligned with customer needs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
5+ years in clinical consulting, field sales, product marketing, systems analysis, or medical device/pharma/biotech industry
Strong problem-solving, relationship building, and project management skills
Process management and end-to-end workflow mapping abilities
Clinical training and adult education delivery experience
Willingness to travel 50-75% including overnight stays
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) preferred
