Interventional Radiology Technologist – Fort Wayne, IN
Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift

Interventional Radiology Technologists provide specialized support during minimally invasive image-guided procedures in an acute care setting. Working closely with interventional radiologists, physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams, you will assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures by preparing equipment, maintaining sterile technique, operating imaging technology, and ensuring high-quality patient care throughout each procedure. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and committed to delivering safe and compassionate care in a fast-paced procedural environment.

Position Overview

• Permanent, full-time role
• Acute care setting
• Day shift
• 8-hour and 12-hour shift options available
• Supports Cardiovascular (CV) and Neuro Interventional Radiology procedures

Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current ARRT certification (or equivalent credentialing based on facility requirements)
• Current Indiana Radiologic Technologist license (if applicable)
• Experience in Interventional Radiology, Cardiovascular, or Neuro procedural environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique, imaging equipment, and procedural workflows
• Ability to assist physicians during complex image-guided procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and assist with patient mobility as needed

Required Certifications

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

Skills

• Cardiovascular (CV) Interventional Radiology procedures
• Neuro Interventional Radiology procedures
• Fluoroscopy and image-guided procedures
• Sterile field maintenance and procedural assistance
• Patient assessment, monitoring, and safety practices
