Job Details Location: Hilton Garden Inn Dallas Lewisville - Lewisville, TX 75067 Position Type: Part Time Shift: Any Responsibilities Serve food during banquet/catering functions in a friendly, timely, professional and efficient manner, thereby adding to a positive guest experience. Serve menu items to guests in a prompt and courteous manner and according to the banquet event order; time the service of courses to correspond with the dining pace of the guests. Perform all set-up of banquet and meeting spaces, including tables, linens, silverware, plateware, glassware, napkins, etc. Perform all break down set-up after functions completed and store equipment in proper storage areas. Clear table after service. Remove trays of dirty dishes, silverware and glassware to kitchen for cleaning. Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide a professional image at all times through appearance and dress. Follow company policies and procedures. Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses, notebooks, pencils/pens, etc., as requested. Refresh meeting rooms as directed by Banquet Manager or Banquet Captain. Maintain a clean work area and meeting rooms, adhering to hotel standards and established sanitation practices. Deliver and serve coffee breaks as required. Perform all side work, including folding napkins, refilling sugar, salt and pepper shakers, cutting lemons, etc. Perform all opening and closing duties. Assist guests in setting up equipment (e.g., AV, extension cords, etc.) as required. Move removable/collapsible divider walls as required to set up meeting spaces for banquet functions. Ensure that the Reader Board is current and complete at all times. Communicate with Banquet management to ensure that work orders are clear and understood. #J-18808-Ljbffr
