Lead/Wave Planner/Industrial Forklift Operator

Don Murphy is the benchmark candidate with 30+ years of warehouse experience in Plainfield, IN. He has explicit forklift certifications (sit-down, stand-up, cherry picker, turret), wave planning via SAP/WMS, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and lead experience training crews of 12+ at Ditan.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Pay: $20

Location: Plainfield, IN 46168

Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (subject to change based on business needs)

Job Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with certified forklift operation experience. This role supports multiple warehouse functions and requires flexibility to adapt to workload demands.

Responsibilities:

Operate Cherry Picker, Stand-Up Forklift, and Sit-Down Forklift
Perform load auditing and order picking
Wrap pallets and prepare shipments
Conduct cycle counting and inventory checks
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization (housekeeping)
Assist across functions as needed for coverage and workflow

Required Skills:

Valid certification for Cherry Picker, Stand-Up, and Sit-Down Forklifts
Strong attention to detail, especially with inventory handling
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Experience in warehouse operations
